The apartment faces south-west and has a balcony with awning and parasol. Excursion destinations from Bermatingen are: Meersburg (9km), Friedrichshafen (16km), Überlingen (17km), Konstanz with the ferry at Meersburg. There are beautiful bike routes in the hinterland of Lake Constance. Bermatingen and Markdorf have a premium hiking trail.
The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, in the living room the couch can be folded out into a comfortable double bed. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub with shower option. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, pad coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and fridge with freezer compartment. Children's dishes are available for families with small children. There is a small selection of games and books for entertainment. A TV with Netflix in the living room and fast WiFi in the apartment. There is a cloakroom and a built-in closet to store your things.
Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony. Dogs are welcome for an additional charge. No parties allowed. There is a train station in Bermatingen.
