cenic location, fenced pool and external Jacuzzi. Beautiful villa situated in an extremely panoramic position surrounded by greenery in the peace and quietness of the Siena countryside. Perfect for anybody who wants to enjoy the beauty and quietness the place could offer. The villa Casa Bella is surrounded by a wide completely fenced garden where there is a lovely 8x4 m fenced swimming pool (depth 1,20m - open from 01st May to 30th September), small multi-purpose sports ground (m. 18x9), a table tennis, a play area for children and a gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue where you could have pleasant outdoor meals gazing at the amazing view.
The Sienese countryside and the neighboring villages of Torrita, Montepulciano and Pienza. Only 4 km far there is the town of Torrita di Siena, ancient fortified castle guarding Siena's southern borders. Today the village is a modern town endowed with all stores and services you might need and offers interesting folk and cultural events throughout the whole year. You can plan interesting trips or day excursions to visit the nearby Siena 50 km, Pienza 16 km, Montepulciano 10 km or Cortona 30 km. The road leading to the house (approx. 3 km) is unmade and quite steep in parts. The furnishing is in Tuscan style and particularly tasteful and comfortable.
