About this villa rental
Beautiful villa with private swimming pool located near the charming town of Lucignano, in the province of Arezzo. The house is subdivided into 3 apartments which are not internally connected but are rented altogether only as a single rental. The largest apartment has a large living area (lounge, dining area and kitchen) which can accommodated all guests together at the same time.
The location of this villa allows guests to easily visit central Italy’s major cities of art such as Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona and areas such as Chianti, the Val d’Orcia and Maremma.
Available to guests: private swimming pool (12 x 6 m - depth 1.5 m), private and furnished garden, barbecue area, outdoor area complete with table and chairs for dining. The building has Wi-Fi internet, a ping-pong table, pool table and foosball table as well as a room with a washing machine. Children’s cot and highchair are available.
Distances: Lucignano (wide range of shops) – 4.5 km, Rapolano Terme (famous thermal springs) - 23 km, Montepulciano - 24 km, Arezzo - 30 km, Cortona - 30 km, Pienza - 30 km, Montalcino - 40 km, Siena - 50 km, Orvieto - 85 km, Florence - 95 km.

1 step lower: double bedroom with outdoor access.

First floor: dining area with kitchenette (oven), fireplace and pool table, access to terrace with panoramic view, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath, bathroom with shower, double bedroom.

First floor: living area with fireplace and pellet stove, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Extra Bed, Heating, Pets, Pool towels, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax, Wood.

We had a super stay at Villa Mario, as the weather was very hot and the pool was perfect. The house accommodated all 13 of us, 6 adults and 7 children. The house is rustic so has character but it lacks certain things to make a holiday more comfortable, such as cushions outside on any of the chairs. Inside, there was no kettle, a very small toaster, a lack of bowls, only huge pans, and not many bowls. The bedrooms were spacious but no fans so very hot to sleep. The apartment with one double bed in has air con but that is it.
The area was great and we visited Montepulciano and Cortona as well as Lucignano. The people who met us were very friendly and only spoke Italian, but we got by! We got lost trying to find it with the directions given so typed in Villa Mario into google maps and found it that way.

Nice property, Essentially 3 separate units in one house, one small, one medium and one large. Nice pool and friendly owners. table football was used a lot. Would recommend.

The landlords were very friendly and cleaned the pool at night, so nobody noticed them. Perfect vacation!
