About this villa rental
Beautiful stone farmhouse situated in quiet and panoramic location in Arezzo surroundings with extensive views on the Arno valley. This property is entirely fenced-in and provides large outdoor areas (2000 square meters), a private swimming-pool and nice areas furnished for open-air dining. This villas was restored with its original architectural features such as beamed-ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors preserved and offers nice, welcoming interiors.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
The location is peaceful and ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding landscape.
Distances: Subbiano with general stores 8 km away, Arezzo (railway station with daily trains to Rome and Florence) 23 km, the charming town of Cortona 50 km away, Siena 90 km, Florence 95 km away. The villa is set close to restaurants.
Access to the house is via a portion of unpaved road (800 m) in good condition, but not suitable for low-riding or sports cars.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden with gazebo, tables, chairs and hammock, large private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m - depth 1,5 m – open from the 15th of April to the 15th of October), barbecue.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available free of charge. Maid service by arrangement € 12,- / per hour (payment on site). Upon request it is possible to organize Tuscan dinners.
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 100,- / per week (payment on the spot).
Please carefully check if there are any extra costs to be paid on site!

Ground floor: covered portico with access on to a laundry (washing-machine) and bathroom with shower.
Entrance to the villa comprising a living-room with fireplace and satellite TV, dining-room, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker). The dining-room and the kitchen have direct access on to the outside.
1st floor: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, passage-way twin-bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower, large double bedroom with extra single bed, spacious double bedroom with extra single bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
The following might be to be paid extra: Bed linen and towels (weekly changed), Electricity, Final Cleaning, Heating, Late Arrival, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit in cash.

A Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Ancient Villa
I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful ancient villa, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa itself is a stunning blend of historical charm and modern comfort, complete with a gorgeous swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view of the nearby castle – waking up to that every morning was truly magical! The villa was impeccably clean, and it was evident that great care had been taken to maintain its character while providing all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were always available to offer assistance and advice on local attractions, dining, and activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a unique and memorable getaway. It’s a perfect blend of history, comfort, and hospitality, and we can’t wait to return!

It is a fantastic, romantic place and house. The hostess was very kindly and she made us a lovely Tuscan dinner.
The last part of the road was a bit challenging.

A very very beautiful villa, very well taken care of , in a beautiful surrounding. Everyone from age 14 to 82 had a great time. The photos were very accurate, the interior is beautiful and the beds very comfortable, not too soft. The pool was very clean and got cleaned every other day. Some bedrooms may only be reached by passing through another bedroom. It is pure Toscana feeling. As the property lies in the hills the way to reach it is a little steep and the view is gorgeous. And we were so well taken care of by Sue, who fulfilled any wish we had and helped us in any way possible. Already looking forward to our next stay.
