Guy was a lovely host, this also applies to his housekeeper. Sorry if that is the wrong description of her. He offered drinks to us and also some evening food if we wanted. Brought us up a cup of tea when we first got there. Lovely touch. There's a lovely dog called Winston, a beautiful dog. Very friendly. The room was amazing and the bed very comfortable. It was a lovely break for us for 3 nights while in the area visiting family. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Guy.
The house was beautiful and in a glorious setting, peaceful and relaxing. Only slight downside was getting to it late evening after seeing family as it was a lot of back lanes etc in the dark and then a very bumpy gravel path to the house. But that's not a complaint. It's just how it was. It was a bit of an adventure shall we say!

Awesome location, wonderful building with original period features. My room had fantastic views of garden and fields. Brilliant breakfast with farm bacon and sausages and home baked bread. Guy the host is friendly and great to chat with.
Guy does lovely dinners on request and serves them in the dining room.
Winston the dog is lovely.
Quiet lovely location. About 20 mins or so walk from lovely Sun inn pub.
Looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful old property in the heart of countryside.
Guy is a great host. Went out of his way to accommodate vegan guests.
