About this house rental
Location, location, location. You simply will not find a more charming and centrally located Hollywood vacation spot. The Sunset Hollywood Bungalows are 1 block south of Sunset Blvd, in the heart of literally everything. The photos are recent and accurate.
Designed in the Hollywood Craftsman style, the house was built in 1920 for studio employees, writers, and actors. It's bright and cheerful, and on a street where the neighbors all know each other and are proud of the community.
The house was completely re-done from top to bottom in 2016: new roof, foundation, interior, windows, outside siding...everything.
Perfect if you're here doing business. here in L.A. or working long-distance.
You have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, open living area with fireplace. The rear patio has a bbq and an enormous tree fill of delicious oranges that are yours to pick. You have off-street parking, washer-dryer, wifi, TV with all the streaming channels, Hulu live TV, complete furnishings, linens, towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.. Great restaurants within a 3 minute walk... shopping nearby.

We stayed 6 weeks and couldn’t dream of a better place. The location, within a walking distance for many places and close to a highway entrance for the further ones is just perfect. Thank you so much Kirby for your kindness!

Kirby's house is very clean and comfortable, we found everything we need, the location is perfect and near to Hollywood Blvd. highly recommended and definitely will come back.

While my daughter attended a class on Hollywood Blvd, we were able to walk to her class which only took 8 minutes. The back patio was a life preserver during my stay. I'm from a sparsely populated area, so to have a little tranquility was nice. Kirby was also attentive and reachable.
