About this house rental
Meticulously remodeled charming cottage with original details that include reclaimed wood accents with a wood burning fireplace. Bathroom includes a bathtub and separate shower with details reminiscent of a spa experience with luxurious towels and reclaimed wood wall and shelves. The bathroom is white and fresh. The living room sofa is a custom designed handmade sofa in white linen by Berchtold Harris with a pull out full size mattress. There is a gorgeous private European graveled outdoor dining experience with large timber bamboo and olive trees accented with lights. The living room has a large flatscreen TV with Direct TV for recording as well as a sound system. The house is also equipped with WIFI Internet, wireless printer/scanner, washer and dryer, ceiling fans in each room, full kitchen stocked with all cooking necessities and glassware for entertaining and Nest/ADT home security system. Perfectly central to Melrose shops, all the fine dining, hip hang outs, gourmet coffee houses and malls in Beverly Hill, Century City and Weho. This cottage has everything you need for a long stay. My daughter and I spent 8 days here and we were comfortable. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. We are so glad to have found such a cozy and stylish place. We can't wait to book it again.

Definitely 5 stars from us for our stay at this property. The villa was spacious, comfortable and exactly as described. The location is brilliant and central and close to everything in LA.
Would definitely recommend Julie's home and will be coming back next time we are in LA

A location convenient to everywhere in West Hollywood. So clean and comfortable! The most comfortable couch I have ever slept on! Has a really neat secluded outdoor area to relax or party a little bit. I would highly recommend this charming house! - Jill

Loved this little gem! Only had 2 days in LA with my family of 5. This small home was perfect size, location, and price. Nust as deacribed. Easy to find and easy check-in. Appreciated the off street parking. My wife and daughters loved the cozy feel and great decorations. SUPER SHOWER! Didn't make use of bamboo porch, but it was a nice touch. We explored Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Malibu, and Hollywood. Great meal at Spartina in WeHo. Thanks so much for opening your home and helping us make great memories as we traveled the Pacific Coast Highway
