Cozy Loft Sunset FRRE WIFI and DESIGNATED Parking

The apartment is modern and spotlessly clean, in a secure building and just a short walk from the Walk of Fame, a Trader Joe’s, Pantages, Hollywood Boulevard, even McDonald’s (if you must). It’s equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - laundry facilities, dishwasher, TV, blender, coffee pod machine - with secure parking on site. Perfect. It’s true that the blinds do not keep out the light - there are no blackout curtains. This doesn’t bother me at all, but if you prefer blackout, you won’t get that.

There is nothing I didn’t like - but there are a couple of things to be aware of first peace of mind: 1. The apartment is not on El Centro near De Longpre - it’s around the corner on Leland Way. I don’t know why the listing says El Centro. 2. The key fob for access is in a lockbox directly across the road from the building - it’s easy to locate. 3. The communication from the property comes pretty late - I prefer to know where I’m staying and how to access it a few days before I arrive (as I’m coming from overseas). But my messages went unanswered until the day before I arrived - and the checkin instructions only came on the day I arrived ! They were very clear and self check-in went smoothly - but I imagine not hearing from the property until the day you arrive would make a few people nervous.

A localização é sem dúvidas o ponto chave, o condomínio é novo, apartamento novo, é realmente um bom custo benefício para a localização em LA.

O espaço não é muito bem aproveitado, apesar de ser um apartamento novo, faltam alguns detalhes que podem deixar a estadia muito mais confortável. Poderia ter um sofá, uma TV maior, uma cortina blackout.
