About this apartment rental
We look forward to welcoming you to the beautiful holiday region on the Edersee. You live in a cozy, mostly newly equipped apartment in a 2012 built new building. The apartment is located in the development area with a view of the open field, by car you can reach the Edersee with its many attractions and recreational opportunities in just 5 minutes. The apartment is located on the first floor, and they reach this via their own staircase. When they enter the apartment, they find the "Master Bedroom", with a baby crib for a toddler still sleeping with their parents. Across the hall you reach the bathroom, with shower and private washer / dryer tower. A stool for the children, to make it easier to reach the washbasin, is as natural here as a children's attachment for the toilet. At the end of the corridor, you enter the spacious living-dining room, this is equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV with 3-D function (3 3-D glasses), and a 2. 1 Dolby Surround Sound System and a PlayStation 4 (PS4) with the games FIFA 15, Madden 16, Little Big Planet 3 (for the little ones) and "the Last of us" equipped. BlueRays (10 pieces in different genres are available for viewing) plays the PS4 also. Your cozy movie night or your game session can take place here. The dining table has space for 6 people (extendable for up to 10 people). From the hall, you reach the attic via a staircase, here you will find a fully equipped passage kitchen with built-in refrigerator incl. Freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, microwave, oven and stove. Behind another door you will find a bedroom for 2-4 additional people with its own 32 inch flat screen and air conditioning. In front of the house you have 2 parking spaces. 2 streets away there is a nice children's playground.
Big and small are welcome here, and will certainly feel very well.

- im Inserat zu finden unter 2 Schlafzimmer, was missverständlich ist, es ist 1 SZ und 1 WZ, dass zu Schlafen genutzt werden kann; der kleine Platz vorm Haus zum Sitzen muss mit den Mietern der 2. Ferienwohnung geteilt werden und war von dieser leider auch immer abends besetzt

Ein sehr schöne Wohnung, in der alles Notwendige und auch noch etwas mehr vorhanden ist. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, mit Blick auf die Felder.
Nur das in der Beschreibung angeführte zweite Schlafzimmer ist nicht vorhanden. Die 3 und 4 Person schlafen im Wohnzimmer.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist schön, man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Felder.
Ein großer Nachteil in unseren Augen ist aber die Küche im obersten Stockwerk, was für viele Laufwege sorgt. Die schmale Treppe nach oben ist mit kleinen Kindern nicht von Vorteil. Außerdem waren wir von der sogenannten Terrasse etwas enttäuscht. Ein gemütliches Grillen, sodass man nicht gestört wird bzw. die Dauermieter im Haus nicht stört war in unseren Augen nicht möglich.
