Welcome to the idyllic Orketal / Hochsauerland in our historic Hanseatic city of Medebach. The Medebach holiday world has been a state-recognized resort since 2014.
Only about 3 km from the center park is the FEWO with MOUNTAIN VIEW in the Medebacher Bay with a view of the Rothaar Mountains.
Here you can romp and linger on huge meadows and fields with your four-legged friend.
Only about 50 m away from us, your dog can cool off in the small stream (the Orke) after the romp and enjoy the fresh water.
The FEWO with BERGBLICK is brand new renovated with a loving furnishing with antiques in country style.
In the same house we also offer our FEWO zur MÜHLE and our small apartment Wanderbar ... for 2 people.
A good location for dog owners, nature lovers, hikers, bikers, skiers and families with children.

The apartment with mountain view is increased from 6 people with our 1 room apartment Wanderbar ... with SFBC / bath / bathtub / WC.
This additional apartment is within !!! the FEWO with MOUNTAIN VIEW and you have 4 bedrooms and a 2. Bathroom with shower / bathtub / toilet and another toilet with washing facilities.
Due to the circumstances, this apartment (approx. 20 sqm) can also be rented separately for 2 people and possibly with a small child.
Then this apartment is not connected to the apartment with BERGBLICK and the apartment with BERGBLICK is then also a separate apartment with 2 double rooms, 1 single room, living room, bath / shower / toilet and another toilet (approx. 60 sqm)
!!! Very important !!! The occupancy calendar refers to the apartment with BERGBLICK for max. 5 people plus baby / toddler.
If there are more than 5 people, we can give you a 4th Add bedroom and an additional bathroom / toilet.

The apartment is built so that it lies within the apartment with a mountain view, but also individually for max. 2 people can be rented. Then there are also 2 independent living units, because then the entrance door can be moved.

sfeervol schoon en compleet, fijne bedden, maar leefruimte vrij klein. met 4 personen was echt vol, terwijl er vijf konden slapen. uitzicht mooi, groot veld achter de woning waar de hond dolgelukkig mee was. ondanks slecht weer toch genoten. vanuit medebach alle highlights goed bereikbaar ( winterberg, willingen enz).

We werden zeer vriendelijk door de eigenaar ontvangen. Het appartement is niet heel groot, het heeft wel veel kamers. Het is wat gedateerd maar erg schoon en alles doet het. Er staan wel erg veel snuisterijen, wat het typisch Duits maakt en ook erg knus, maar omdat de meeste kamers niet heel ruim zijn is er weinig ruimte om je eigen spullen kwijt te kunnen.
Wij gingen iedere dag skieen in Winterberg, we hebben niet veel van de directe omgeving gezien, maar die ziet er veelbelovend uit. Het is een klein halfuurtje rijden naar Winterberg, goed te doen.
De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed!
