Set on a small working farm there are the main house and the barn now divided in 3 units. Each apartment has independent entrance and outdoor private area. Rustic large working farm "Le Buche". 14 km from the centre of Castellina in Chianti, 38 km from the centre of Siena, 49 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, depth 130 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 01.Nov.). Table tennis, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Motor access to the house (600 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Nous venons de passer quelques jours dans cette location. L'accueil est chaleureux. L'ambiance est "cool" et sympathique. Le calme et la detente sont les maitres mots.
La piscine est très agreable et chaque location a son espace personnel (table avec parasol, chaises, transats).
Un seul petit bémol, l'itinéraire donné par abritel pour arriver jusqu'à la location est peu precis et peut déstabiliser plus d'un GPS....

We chose Le Buche for our one-week stay in Tuscany as we were looking for an accomodation in the Tuscan countryside close to Siena, Florence, Lucca and San Gimignano. You can go to the cities by car or train which departs in Poggibonsi, you can park directly in front of the train station. Le Buche is not only perfect for city trips but also for relaxed days at the pool. The pool is very clean and surrounded by olive trees. The premises are surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and very beautiful. The flat was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, an oven, a cooker, a fridge, a dishwasher and enough cooking utensils. Every flat has an outside area which is perfect for enjoying your meals or just relaxing. Gabriele is very kind and helpful. He produces his own wine and olive oil, which you should really try! You find big supermarkets, pharmacies and gas stations in Poggibonsi which is only a 10-minute car ride away. One week was too short to visit everything (although we did see everything we planned!) and still have enough time to enjoy Le Buche. We would definitely reccomend staying at Le Buche and would love to return

Großes Anwesen, so wie beschrieben, mit tollem Pool. Anfahrt und Lage ideal.Typisch italienische Bauweise. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, einziger Wermutstropfen: wenig Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser, Schüsseln. Super nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sehr gutes selbstgemachtes Olivenöl und leckerer Wein. Sehr empfehlenswert.
