Resort "La Cerretella", built in 1800. 9 apartments in the residence. 6 km from the centre of Terricciola, 5 km from the centre of Laiatico, 45 km from the centre of Pisa, 43 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 50 ha with trees, meadow, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 09.May. - 03.Oct.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (extra), table tennis, terrace, barbecue, children's playground. 400 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Cecina Mare" 43 km. The owner does not accept any groups.

Dit vrijstaande huisje staat op een omheind en goed onderhouden complex. Het is geheel voorzien van horren. Door overdag en ‘s avonds de entreedeur zo veel mogelijk dicht te houden kun heb je ‘s nachts geen last van vliegen of muggen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar Volterra, Lucca, San Gimignano en zelfs Siena en Firenze zijn goed te doen. De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Kortom: een aanrader

Faster internet. Only reason for mostliklely not going back is the slow internet. Pre–paid internet was unfortunately not the solution hoped for.All the rest is good.
