MICINI: Holiday house for 8 + 3 persons (249 m2) on two floors.
This cottage is located in a small village, Rapanji, between Bale and Svetvincenat. There you can enjoy nature and tranquility.
The house has been renovated and for the furnishing of the house were used things that were once inside. The house is unique, furnished with lots of details and creativity.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen and dining room overlooking the pool, the living room with TV and sofa bed, a bedroom with bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a gallery with a sofa bed and a balcony.
Behind the house there is the pool (8x4m) with deckchairs, a covered terrace and the barbecue.
Outside there is a studio with a mattress for two people, a bathroom, a sofa bed and a TV. In front of the house there is enough parking for 3-4 cars and a covered terrace.
Free WiFi is available.
The house is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday.
It is possible to bring pets (pet fee: 10 E per day / per pet).

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht, und waren absolut positiv überrascht!
Der Umbau der "Villa Micini" zu einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool ist gerade erst abgeschlossen.
Die Besitzer haben mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eine perfekte Oase geschaffen. In dem grossen Haus mit genug Platz für 11 Personen lässt es sich hervorragend "urlauben".
Das Anwesen mit dem kleinen "Gästehaus", einem abgeschlossenen Innenhof und dem privaten Pool bietet alles was das Urlauberherz begehrt.
Die Ausstattung ist absolut neuwertig, es fehlt an nichts.
Drei grosse Schalfzimmer, eine grosse Küche, Bäder, Wohnzimmer, Pool...alles vom feinsten!
Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war absolut tadellos.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und während des Aufenthaltes so gut betreut.
Dieses Feriendomizil kann man zu 100% weiterempfehlen!
Die relativ zentrale Lage im ruhigen Hinterland ermöglicht einem mit dem Auto in ca. 20min. sowohl Porec, oder Rovinj als auch Fazana oder Pula zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns für nächstes Jahr schon mit Davor verabredet! :-)
