Villa Francesca is located in Stranici/Nova Vas, 6 km from Poreč and it can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa features 4 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen along with dinning and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all neccesary appliances (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). The dining room and living room are situated on the ground floor. All bedrooms are situated on the first floor and they all have their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature a double bed while two other bedrooms feature one double and one single bed. Furthermore, guests can use a private jacuzzi and a large swimming pool in the garden from 15.04.-01.10.. The villa is fully air-conditioned and parking is provided for 4 cars in front of the house. If you're planning a relaxing holiday in a spacious comfortable house - Villa Francesca is the right choice! There are many marked bicycle routes nearby, that connect historic and picturesque Istrian towns like Višnjan, Tar, Porec and Motovun. Unfortunately, groups of young people are not allowed.
