About this villa rental
This luxurious brand new villa is situated at the edge of Pinezici, a tiny and quiet village in the natural paradise of central Istria. At the same time, it is only 20 min drive from lively and wonderful coastal cities of Porec (Parenzano) and Rovinj (Rovigno).
There is a large (80 sqm) living area on the ground floor of the villa, with modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining area sitting 8+ and a restroom. On the first floor there are two extra-spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with the hot tub) and a nice big roofed terrace overlooking woods and the swimming pool. Adjacent guesthouse has one more double bedroom with en-suite bathroom facing large well kept lawn and the swimming pool. A sofa in the living room can be converted to a double bed, so the villa can sleep up to 6+2 adults, plus one or two small children sleeping in baby cots.
Villa is surrounded with 1200 sqm garden, where you can enjoy a large private swimming pool (7x11m), equipped with the counter-stream swimming and massage system. The pool is surrounded by 120 sqm of decking with sunbathing area with 8 deck chairs, parasols and a shower. Another open-air feature is the outdoor kitchen area, where you can use a superb Weber barbecue and enjoy the outside dining area. All of this will result in some wonderfully tranquil and relaxed days and nights.
This splendid property provides all comforts and is an ideal destination for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in close contact with the surrounding landscape.
The villa is extremely well equipped: top quality air-conditioned bedrooms (cooling/heating); free WiFi throughout the house and garden; 60“ HD TV set in the living room with BlueRay/DVD/USB player, and 36-42“ TVs in each bedroom, with more than 200 cable and satellite TV channels; BOSE sound system in the living room and in the outdoor kitchen.
A roofed and secured private parking can host 2 cars, while a large backyard is ideal playground.
If you prefer staying in a calm nature during colder months, there is floor heating in the living room and all three bathrooms, as well as aircon heating. The villa also has beautiful open fireplace in the living room. Can't get any more romantic!

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in der Villa Dubravka sehr genossen! Viel Platz, riesiger Pool und ein toller Ess-/Grillplatz im Freien. Das Haus war sauber, die Zimmer groß und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Vielen Dank an Natali, die nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Hund im September da. Die Villa ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Die Eigentümerin Natalia kümmert sich selbst um alle Belange und ist erreichbar, falls es Beanstandungen gibt. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Superb villa set in beautiful countryside with a lovely pool. We had a 10 night stay, 5 adults. The villa is well appointed and well equipped. It feels like a home from home, not amholiday let. Lots of things to do. Porec, Rovinja and Rabac are beautiful and interesting towns. Natalia is a wonderful host.

We a family of two adults and three teenagers. All of us really enjoyed our time at this spacious villa. It is well located from the neighboring cities like Rovinj and Porec. Pula is a bit further away, but worth a day trip. House is very well equipped and has a large garden with big pool. Air conditioning worked well in the July heat. Even though there were neighbors around the house, high fences gave privacy. There is also a separate guest house at the property with own bathroom, but we did not use it this time.
