About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Lucca, close to all the monuments and in the shopping area. Arranged on two levels 3/4 floor without lift. From the lovely entrance lounge where there is a single sofa bed, you can look out to the two large and bright double bedrooms. On the upper floor, which is accessed by a characteristic oak spiral staircase, there is the dining room with cooking area, the bathroom with window and the large terrace, where you can have lunch and enjoy the benefits of a large open air space. despite being in the city center. All the furniture has been carefully studied to bring back an environment with ancient flavors in an "old Lucca" style with all modern conveniences.

This property and its central location in Lucca suited my wife and I perfectly; we loved the patio (even the vibrant and noisy streets just below); we loved the old world feel and the quality of the decor and furnishings. It is a quirky place with narrow spiral staircase requiring care and agility. The owner clearly loves and cares for the property and rightly expects visitors do the same. Eating out is so easy and so rich: from nearby Italian breakfasts to convivial evening meals.

Charming, funky, old flat in the heart of the old town with a splendid terrace. The place is immaculately looked after. The owner had provided bottles of red wine, white wine and water in the fridge all of which were appreciated after a hot journey.

Lucca is a wonderful city and this apartment was in a perfect location. Very bright and clean, the kitchen and bath were upstairs from the bedrooms with a large outdoor terrace. There are many stairs to get to the apartment, but it helped burn off the pasta we ate! There was a fruit and veggie market steps away and pizza and gelato even closer! Riccarda communicated well and was very pleasant. Parking was about a 15 min walk costing about €20-25 per day. The lot I was in was 48 hour max, so I had to go out and in again. Definitely going back to Lucca.
