posizione ottima qualche informazione maggiore magari per arrivare all alloggio ,tutta zona ZTL, e qualche attenzione maggiore per la TV che non era stata controllata e piccolo appunto mancava l'acqua,non per la spesa ma la comodità, ad ogni modo vicinissimo c'è un negozietto fornitissimo
era tutto ottimo, c'era tutto ,era comodo ,sia i letti che il bagno molto bello ,terrazzino bello anche se non abbiamo potuto usufruire per via del tempo, solo delle piccole disattenzioni che perdoniamo completamente

Een superlocatie, met terras, in Lucca. Alle voorzieningen waren er, maar niet door ons gebruikt.
Er was een ‘ontbijt’ maar voor ons was hetgeen aan voeding aangeboden werd geen ontbijt. Melk, jus d’orange, thee, koffie etc aanwezig en lekker. Wij hebben zelf aangevuld met yoghurt en fruit.
Communicatie met de verhuurder vooraf (via booking.com) verliep stroef. Op onze vragen (over ontvangst en parkeren) geen reactie gekregen. Uiteindelijk via app, alleen pas 1,5 uur voor checkin tijd. Dat kan echt beter.
Geeft je als gast ook een beter gevoel.
Maar niet geboekt om de host, wel voor het appartement.

Śniadania w formie marketowych produktów o długiej dacie ważności pozostawione w pierwszym dniu przyjazdu, a pobyt trwał cztery dni. Można powiedzieć, że śniadań nie było.
Właściciel nie potrafił określić właściwej kwoty opłaty miejskiej i ją zawyżył dwukrotnie.
