The location and the room. We had a forest view room and it also had a view of a mountain. Very quiet place. One can hear the birds chirping in the morning. It's quite relaxing.
The hotel was a bit uphill, walking with luggage up to the hotel was a bit challenging. It's nice if you have a car.

Clean, nice location. Room was big and the kitchen is well equiped. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Very quiet location.
I little far from the bus station. Threre was no communication with host. Shamppon was only for 2 days. There are no free bus tickets

A view from our room was wonderful! There’s a restaurant in the same building, the food was very delicious and waiters were very kind.
Also it’s very convenient that there is a bus stop nearby and it’s easy to reach the city centre.
Last night we heard a crazy noise from neighbours who were upstairs. They were screaming and laughing until almost 2:00 at night. So I had to call the owners to solve this problem. The owner helped us and calmed down the residents.
Keep in mind that the walls are really thin.

Excellent location. Conveniently reachable by bus from Innsbruck and perfect for enjoyable walks in the mountains
The bed was extremely uncomfortable so we chose to put the mattress topper on the floor and sleep there instead. The mattress was very worn and far too soft. Also, there was a strong smell in the kitchen (like urine). It would have been nice to have hand soap.
