About this apartment rental
We rent an elegant apartment of 85 square meters in a newly completed condominium. The property is located a few steps from the beach of Viserba, a quiet town in the fraction of Rimini with some of the longest beaches on the Riviera.
The apartment is furnished in modern style with strong and essential lines, perfect for friends and families who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday without giving up the convenience of feeling at home
House characteristics:
- Fully air-conditioned with the latest generation ceiling cooling system
- unlimited free Wi-Fi
- 2 double bedrooms with third bed option
- 1 Single room with second bed option
- 2 Bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower cubicle. Hair dryer included.
- Living (sofa + TV 40 inches) with kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven, induction hob and dishwasher, dishes and crockery.
- Large balcony that completely surrounds the structure
In addition, at no additional cost, it is included:
- large garage with 2 parking spaces
- laundry room (with washing machine, iron and table, drying rack)
- bed linen and blankets
In addition, the structure is equipped with a large elevator that gives quick access to the apartment.
Rental conditions:
- Maximum 6 people
- For condominium rules we cannot rent to groups of boys and we do not accept animals
- Security deposit on arrival of € 200
The house is located 3km from the new Rimini exhibition center and is therefore an ideal choice for those wishing to participate in the many events that take part in it throughout the year.
Also remember that Rimini is sea, but also much more! And the reasons for a holiday in Rimini certainly do not end with the summer! The historic center, the reopening of the 800's theater after over 70 years, the restored Fulgor cinema (inserted by the New York Times among the 52 must-see destinations of the year), the hinterland with its villages, castles and food and wine tours provide an excellent starting point for an "alternative" holiday in Rimini to the unmissable stop on the beach.

This apartment was AWESOME! Very modern. Super clean. The huge garage was a great bonus. The kitchen was stocked with every type of pots, pans and utensils you would ever need. I would definitely stay there again.

Super great place with perfect conditions. Host was very friendly and helpfull! Perfect climatisation of the apartment and very clean an new. Thanks for the accommadation we spent a great time!

The apartment is located 100 meter from the coast. It is close to grocery shops and other shops and restaurants. The beach is wide open for children and adults.
There are places to visit along the coast and San Marino and other interesting towns like Urbino.
With a big garage with room for two cars it is ideal for travel.
The unit is loaded with towels and sheets, full kitchen utensils. Two bathrooms. Detergent for wash and kitchen wash and toilet paper for a good start.
What more can you ask.
We enjoyed the place very much.
One thing we did not find. There were numerous channels on the TV, but no english speaking channels. However, this is a home and not a hotel. It is easy to see what is happening on the sports channels anyway.
