Amazing place. Lot's of space, everything we needed. Was warm, there are 2 AC units and 2 toilets. Also the parking space is big, it was a bit of a squeeze with my big car on the street, but space inside is huge.
The walls are really thin, so we heard the people above us.

The apartment is part of a private villa that offers other apartments for rent as well. The villa is situated in quite neighborhood with close proximity to the beach and Main Street that’s full of restaurants (almost 5-6 minutes to the beach), and within walking distance to Rimini train station, almost 15 minutes away. The apartment has a convenient location in Rimini.
A washing machine, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, and an air conditioner are present in the apartment.
Some amenities in the apartment were not present. There was a wine bottle opener, but no wine glasses. When we asked for towels, we were told that we have to pay for them, so we got our own instead. The staff doesn’t rush to help if there is a problem.
The apartment is more of a commercial one rather than “family owned” so we had to buy most of the stuff that we wanted, like towels, wine glasses, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Make sure to buy your coffee capsules as only a few capsules are offered for the first day only.
Some minor changes can really elevate the experience and bring it to a 10/10.
I hope my review will be helpful for your trip. Taking everything into consideration, I still recommend the stay in this apartment. These are just minor mishaps that could have elevated our experience but it didn’t diminish our experience because they can be overlooked.
