In anderen Unterkünften hatten wir immer Handtücher und der Mühl wurde immer morgens abgeholt. Hier hatten wir das leider nicht!

— The sea is very close, just a few minutes on foot.
— There is a kitchen with all necessary utensils.
— Large terrace.
— A supermarket within about 1 km.
— About a week and a half before our arrival, I wrote to the hotel mentioning that my daughter would have a birthday during our stay and asked if they could prepare a small compliment in the room — something symbolic, like a sweet treat or some fruit. The staff asked about her age, but that was the end of the conversation. Half a day before our arrival, while we were already on the road, they called and informed me that they would prepare a cake for €25. No photo, filling, or design details were discussed. In the end, it turned out to be a very simple cake, nothing special. If I had known in advance, I would have simply bought a beautiful one myself from a nearby pastry shop. I only wanted a small gesture of attention, but it turned into a misunderstanding.
— Towels are not included, you have to pay extra.
— Only one small soap was provided for two bathrooms, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for the whole week (for six people).
— The reception told us that the beach was private and we couldn’t bring our own towels, but it turned out that we could — the season had already ended, and everyone was lying freely on their own towels.
— The swimming pool was open for only one day, and there was no information on the website that it closes after September 21.
— The houses are very humid, and the air conditioner doesn’t really help.
— Windows are difficult to open, so it’s hard to ventilate.
