Large independent villa finely furnished, on 3 independent levels surrounded by a large park equipped with games and swimming pool for children, indoor parking, video surveillance, all rooms are equipped with their own TV and satellite system with centralized sky decoder (to insert vs. card ), umbrella with deckchair for free beach in front of the villa, canoe and fishing boat, volleyball court, hammock, barbeque, 7 beds, two bathrooms, on request also available 1 independent outbuilding in a panoramic terrace with sea view. 2 steps from: supermarket, bar and bus stop.
