The Villa was beautiful. It has everything you need for a really relaxed comfortable stay, it is spacious and airy and the patio and pool area was perfect, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen area had literally everything you could possibly need. We would really recommend it as a place to stay. Paola, the lady letting us in and showing us around the villa was really lovely, and we got by despite my hopeless attempts to speak Italian!. The area of San Felice Circeo was really pretty quiet during our stay, but I think this was because it was May, the start of the season. Our only criticism of the area is that the coastline, apart from a couple of very small areas, is almost entirely inaccessible unless you pay for it…. it’s hard to even see the coastline unless you have paid for entry to a private beach bar and sunbeds. I don’t mind paying for sunbeds, but the way each business is set up one next to the other, with beach hats and bars in the way of the view, it has left the coastline so closed off, that it does unfortunately affect the beauty of the place.

Fantastic Villa for a relaxing family holiday. Superb facilities throughout with high spec. great kitchen, lovely bedrooms, bathrooms, amazing pool and the veranda shaded area is brilliant, Weber charcoal BBQ, mini table tennis.. off road parking, use of 4x bicycles are all nice extras . Guiseppe was a great host, responding by WhatsApp really quickly to any questions… Pamela our local host was also fantastic - nothing was too much trouble for her. Lovely coastline to explore and we also took the train to Naples for a day trip which was very achievable. Close enough to Rome that allowed us to add a city break on the end of the holiday. Fiumicino Airport only 90 min drive away. Loads of local markets and shops and supermarkets within a short drive from the villa.. we had older teenagers and they loved the pool area, air con, wifi and the Tv where we could log into our Netflix etc. Thanks Guiseppe and Pamela
