About this villa rental
The villa is located in a quiet and private domain, on the Estérel hills with an exceptional sea view, a heated infinity pool and a pétanque court. The villa has been completely renovated. It is very comfortable, functional and fully air conditioned to accommodate up to eight occupants. The villa is composed: On the garden level: - Living room / TV - Shower with WC - A large bedroom, 160x200 bed with a shower room and WC - A large sea view bedroom, 180x220 bed, with bathroom and WC and direct access to the pool area. The pool area is very pleasant, with a beautiful infinity pool, sun loungers and parasol. On the ground floor: - Large living room / TV / HiFi, dining room, large fitted kitchen with dining area, These 2 rooms open onto a terrace with sea view. - A master bedroom, 180x220 bed, with bathroom bath and WC. A cloakroom with shower and WC. On the first floor: - An attic bedroom with twin beds, - A beautiful bathroom with WC. An over-equipped summer kitchen which opens onto a large terrace under pergola, also with a magnificent view of the sea and the swimming pool, in the heart of the garden and near the fish pond. Equipment: reversible air conditioning in all rooms, cot, alarm / remote monitoring, outdoor / pool lighting, 4 HD 3D TNT / Satellite TV (Astra - Hotbird), Internet, Free wifi connection, Barbecue / plancha, Video-porter, Motorized gate , Remote controlled lighting, Garage. The pool heating is activated from June 1 to September 30 of each year and is included in the price offered. Between 1 October and 31 May, the heating of the swimming pool can be activated with an additional price depending on the season.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was truly exceptional. Highlights for us were the gourmet kitchen, sea views from the balcony, and the pool.
The location was also perfect for a family vacation. There is a small grocery nearby and 3 or 4 wonderful restaurants right on the water. We rented a private boat from the local marina for access to “hidden” beaches and swimming, and also took a ferry to Cannes which was a great day trip.
Everything about this property was perfect. Note that you will need to rent a car if you stay here. It’s not very walkable. That said, both driving and parking in the area was relatively easy. Also, if you are traveling during the high season, plan on making reservations at the local restaurants beforehand.

It was in one word: perfect. The accommodation was wonderful: very clean, comfortable and more than enough equipped. The surrounding around the house was lovely and again very comfortable with everywhere a magnificent view, we just couldn’t get enough of it. It’s a short walk to the see and the train station which was perfect to go to Cannes (much quicker than by car). Our teenaged girls were also very enthusiastic and would like to come back again. What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get, maybe even more. We give our warm regards to Annick and Didier, they gave us a really warm welcome and were always willing to help with questions. We strongly recommend this wonderful accommodating

We had a wonderful time at the villa. The views are incredible. The villa is exceptional and is very well equipped and laid out for a great vacation Our hosts were very helpful with recommending local restaurants and markets.

The villa has beautiful views and has a lovely terrace to sit and have dinner.
The villa is spacious and well equipped, particularly the kitchen. The beds are definitely comfy and the showers work well. (The top twin bedroom is more suited to young children due to the sloping ceiling and lack of proper wardrobe).
You definitely need a car to stay here as it’s very residential and there are only a few restaurants to walk to (20 mins) & it’s an uphill walk home!! There is a local train station but trains aren’t so regular and don’t run late. We drove to Cannes, Nice & Monaco which were good day trips. I think there is a free shuttle to Theoule but we didn’t see/use it.
The villa is a good base for exploring the area.
