About this villa rental
The villa is located in a secure private estate very quiet and sheltered from the wind; facing south, it dominates the Bay of Agay and is on the edge of the Esterel Park with breathtaking views.
From the front door, before even getting inside the house, you already see the Mediterranean! you are in Agay, you are home.
You walk through the house, all in volumes, go to open windows and find yourself in front of the large mirror pool; and there, you do not know where to look! before you, Agay Bay, on your left is the nearby Esterel overlooking the house; it is difficult to say what is more beautiful, but it gives a deep sense of serenity and relaxation.
The garden is large and nicely raised with a lounge by the pool, a shaded terrace with plancha and sea and Esterel view for your meals, and a large area in a quiet for reading, sunbathing or napping.
The views from inside are just as magical as the house is all in windows, each of which has been designed to offer you a different view.
The house has a large 70m2 living space including a living room with TV, a dining room and a double well equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine (thank you to bring your capsules).
It includes a master bedroom overlooking the bay with Italian shower, full foot bath, toilet and dressing room and four other rooms overlooking the garden or the Esterel, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
3 rooms have a TV and air conditioning completely silent. The entire house is heated or cooled by the ground.
Finally, our gym, including bike, elliptical and rowing machine is at your disposal
You can decide to spend all your holidays in the house to make the most of it, but know that the surrounding activities are numerous:

We stayed here as a family for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The location was ideal for us. It was close to shops, restaurants, and beach, yet still quiet and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view, which made mornings and evenings so pleasant.What really stood out was the host. They were incredibly responsive and always helpful whenever we had a question, which made everything so easy and stress-free. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived.This place really felt like a home away from home, and we made some great family memories here. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we’d be happy to return ourselves!

From my very first email with Christine to my last day at the property, the experience was about as perfect as can be.
The house is a dream: gorgeously designed, breathtakingly situated overlooking the sea, and filled with first rate furnishings. The pool is stunning: long enough to swim laps, but also set perfectly to just float in the quiet and stare at the sea. And those Esterel mountains are mesmerizing.
The hosts — Christine and Phillipe — are warm, responsive and helpful. The property manager, Gabrielle, was a dream. She was available 24/7 by text or stopping by. Like the hosts, she was friendly, enthusiastic and solved every issue quickly.
The town of Agay (new to me) is a little gem. We found quiet coves to swim in every morning within 10 minutes drive of the house. The town merchants were friendly, and a good selection of restaurants, bakeries, gelato, pharmacy, etc. I would come back here in a heartbeat! With warm thanks to Christine, Phillipe and Gabrielle for a dream stay.

3 couples and 3 children and we all loved the villa. The main area provided us with a lovely socialising, dining and chilling area and all the bedrooms were nice and gave us the space we needed. The outside area was perfect with room for everyone, sun and shade and a lovely pool and amazing views. We had everything we needed and loved every minute of our stay.
