Charming villa of high standing, recent, nestled in the heart of the Esterel mountains, in a quiet residential area.
The recent house of 220 m2 is located on the Côte d'Azur in St Raphael, between Cannes and St Tropez, it is very comfortable and well maintained.
It has among other things a beautiful garden without vis-à-vis with clear views of the Rastel d'Agay and Esterel, and a large heated pool, secure.
The villa has direct access to a huge private green space from the garden by a gate, where you can reach many hiking and cycling routes.
It is located near the sea (5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike via a bike path), golf Valescure (2 minutes by car and 5 minutes by bike via the bike path) and many tennis courts.
The pool, very large, is heated and secured by an electric shutter. The water is softer than in a traditional pool because it is treated with salt (without chlorine). Both children and adults can easily swim (13 m long) and have fun because it has a large beach for the little ones.
The house is very bright, fully air conditioned by a refreshing floor and splits in the rooms.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 located upstairs is a suite. It has a king-size bed of 180 cm, a television, a large bathroom double basin with shower, large bath, independent toilet, a dressing room and a very pleasant balcony.
Room 2, very large, is also a suite. It has a queen-size bed of 160 cm, a television, a huge desk, 2 very large cupboards, as well as its own bathroom with shower. Direct access to the garden through a French window.
Bedroom 3 is a child's room; it has a mezzanine bed 1 place, an office and a direct access to the garden by a door window.
Room 4 is flexible according to the needs of double room children, or baby room or adult room with a queen-size bed 160 cm.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a large double sink bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, as well as a double shared dressing room.
At the entrance are independent toilets.
All bedding is recent, quality and very comfortable. Sheets, duvets, pillows and towels are provided.
On the wooden terrace of 220 m2, largely sheltered by shade sails, you will have at your disposal a dining table for 8/12 people, a large and pleasant garden furniture, deckchairs by the pool, 2 large parasols There is an outdoor kitchenette, a 10-person gas grill and a wood-fired barbecue.
You can also enjoy a ping-pong table, a very large trampoline and a slide for children.
