Neat bungalow for up to 6 persons, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms. Private little plot, all fenced-in, with diverse roofed and open terraces and parking. Attractive community pool and beautiful gardens. At only 600 m from the beach and at 800 m from a big supermarket. The villages Els Poblets, Vergel and Ondara, all with a good infrastructure, are at 5 minutes. Denia's city ist at 11 km. On the groundfloor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath room, lounge with dining area, american kitchen. Roofed and open terraces. Storage room with washing machine. On the upper floor with separat entrance from the outside: 1 bedroom, shower bath room, sun terrace. The house is completely furnished and equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) in all the rooms, Sat-TV with international channels, wifi internet, terrace furniture, BBQ, sunbeds, microwave, washing machine, etc. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 25 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour 10 minutes. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova and La Sella Golf) are at only 9 resp. 13 km from the bungalow. Besides, there are several restaurants and also a gym with indoor pool and tennis courts near the holiday home.

Wij waren zeer tevreden over ons verblijf in El Verger. Helena en Diana zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Top verblijf. Enige minpunt was de Wifi verbinding. 1,2 MB is onvoldoende voor deze tijd. Verder waren wij zeer tevreden.
