The villa offers space for 6 persons, all on the main floor, and is splitted in 3 double bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each), one of them with a bath room en-suite, a further shower bath room, a bright living-dining area with aircon and wood burner, a well equipped american kitchen with large fridge-freezer and washing machine and a roofed terrace with direct access to the pool. The pool terrace is a beautiful space for sunbathing and enjoy the wonderful views. Besides the pool, there are also an outside shower and a barbecue. The trees behind the villa offer a perfect place to take a nice siesta in the shade. The villa and the terraces are completely furnished and equipped. Air conditioning in the lounge and in all 3 bedrooms. WiFi, Sat-TV (Astra), washing machine, and, for the winter, a wood burner. At the entrance of the plot there is a private parking. Calm situation in a residential neighbourhood at 7 km from Denia's beaches of Les Deveses. Monte Pego has its own little infrastructure with some restaurants, a bar and tennis courts. One of the restaurants can be reached easily by walking (400 m). The nearest big supermarket (Lidl) is at 6 km from the villa. The ancient village of Pego, with a very good infrastructure and a marvellous farmer's market, can be reached within 10 minutes. Also the village of Els Poblets is at 10 minutes by car, there you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, other shops, restaurants and bars. The large shopping centre "El Portal de la Marina" in Ondara is at 10 km. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia, at 20 minutes (15 km) from the villa, provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf Resort) are at only 13, resp. 16 km from the villa. Monte Pego is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water, gas and electricity according to consumption.
