About this villa rental
Charming villa for families with children or couples of friends, 15 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the village of St Paul de Vence and its famous art galleries. Located in a quiet area with a natural environment: health course nearby. No noise, path away from the main road. Property with parking 4 places closed and secure. Pool, garden, playground, sun, calm, and relaxation, a few minutes from the high places of the Riviera: Cannes, Nice, Monaco .... And curiosities of the middle country: visits to the perfume museum in Grasse, art galleries in Saint Paul de Vence Opio olive oil mill, Biot glassworks ... Ideal in the back season too !!! Many routes for walks and bike rides or walking nearby!The activities are not lacking, while privileging the healing ... Perfect holidays between sea and mountain!

What a fantastic house to stay in. We stayed for 8 days in Aug and were immediately impressed as soon as we saw the house. It was a little tricky to find (down a stony dead end road) but the location was very peaceful. Nadine was a fantastic host. Excellent communication before and during our stay. The pool is lovely with plenty of outdoor garden space. Lovely and clean inside and spacious. Nadine even left a selection of drinks and essentials in the fridge for us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. We cooked most nights on the BBQ. There is a table tennis table (which wasn’t listed so a very nice surprise) and also pet tortoises! Which my daughter fell in love with.
The only downside is there are no shops in walking distance. Would have been nice to have a bakery for breakfast, bread etc nearby.
We would definitely go back.

My only issue was with the narrowness of the roads you had to drive. The house is very cute, we’ll equipped, lovely pool and backyard. The owner, Nadine, was lovely and responded immediately. Experienced European drivers will have no problem with the roads. Americans with a too-large car will!

This house is very nice, clean and well appointed.
The pool is large enough for a short swim, and there are 2-3 terraces, which means that you can always find a sunny spot - or shadow, if that's what you want. When you have learned to navigate on the small roads in this area, it is easy to find restaurants, supermarket and other shops.
The owner is very helpfull and accommodating.

Exactly as advertised, the perfect retreat from a busy life but near enough to Nice Aiport, good facilities and attractions. The hosts are a perfect example of customer service with just right amount of support and contact, but also leave you to enjoy your holiday in their beautiful property. If you want the perfect peaceful break, with pool and well appointed house, pretty close to St Paul De Vence and the all important supermarket, in the middle of rural southern France, then you just found it.
