About this villa rental
Ideally built in the residential district of Tourettes-sur-Loup, a medieval village located 20 min away from the Nice airport. The villa is recent (2010) and fits into a land with natural stone terraces in the middle of garden planted with hundred year-old olive trees, citrus and palm trees. Its panoramic view is exceptional and overhangs the whole coast from Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat to Esterel without forgetting the village of Tourettes-sur-Loup. Its comfort spreads on 200 m² in 6 sleeping arrangements and 3 parental suite type bedrooms with their own bathroom and terrace of 15 m². It has 2 living rooms, one for reception and the other one for leisure activities, one indoor dining room and an outdoor one, a full equipped kitchen. The villa is South-East/South-West orientated; all the rooms have a panoramic view. It opens on a 100 m² sunny terrace all day long and on its infinity pool in which the view merges with the sea. House equipment
A special care has been brought to the construction materials and on the equipment. The villa has a Provencal style with a contemporary interior. All the indoor and outdoor floors are in marble from Palestine. Indoor cobbled wall. The bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers and one has a balneo-therapy and chromo-therapy tub. All the door frames are in solid oak wood of France and the bathroom and kitchen furniture is in oak or massif teak. Fitted spotlights throughout the villa. There is automatic floor heating. The contemporary kitchen has 2 ovens, induction hobs, glass hood, a large refrigerator/freezer and opens on the indoor and outdoor dining areas. There is automatic watering for the garden, electric shutters and automatic entrance gate with entry phone. There is a telephone in all the rooms and Internet. Safe room. Two bedrooms have an electric bed of 160 and another one has 2 beds of 80 that could be arranged in one of 160..

The location of the villa allows you to enjoy during summer, of the sun and sea and in winter of ski resorts of Gréolière-les-Neige (45 min), Isola 2000 (1h30), Valberg and Auron. It is ideally located between the sea and the mountain with all the possible sport activities around: water sports, hiking, paragliding, ski, tennis, golf, rafting, etc. All the leisure activities in one and same place!!

My husband, nine year old daughter and I spent a week at this wonderful villa in June of this year. Already familiar with the area, we were looking for somewhere with a modern interior and a heated swimming pool, close to the village. The villa provided all of this and more. You really cannot appreciate the spectacular panoramic views of the coast from photographs. It is breathtaking and we didn't tire of it all week! The infinity pool was a hit with our daughter, ( and us! ) - we opted to have it heated at that time of year.
Others have mentioned the steep drive, but it really is just a couple of 100m which is steep approaching the driveway. We hired an automatic Renault Meganne and had no problem.
The owners, Catherine and Francois were great hosts and explained everything perfectly.
Having been to this area of France for the past 4 years, this is the place we would hope to stay again next year :)
