About this villa rental
Sea view house, in a two-family villa with separate entrances, 15 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy and rocky beach of Montedarena, whose characteristics are the shallow and transparent waters and the crystalline color of the sea.
The elevated position, far from the traffic, shaded by large Aleppo pines, gives to Casa Stellaria precious silences, interrupted only by the song of birds, cicadas and crickets.
The house, completely renovated in 2016, is located in a large fenced area, ideal as a playground for children and car parking.
It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, both with shower, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, new furniture, cement basketball court with regulation basket, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and 2 bicycles.
The 5th bed is a foldaway foldaway bed (with wooden slats) in Bedroom 1, while the 6th bed is also a foldaway foldaway bed (with wooden slats) located in the adjacent entrance to the Living room.
The house has a large underground cistern of drinking water supplied by tanker.
All windows and doors have mosquito nets.
The house is equipped with a computer and the Linkem connection is available for internet access

Todo estuvo bién, la casa es muy bonita y tipica del lugar, por dentro es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotografias, ademas la encontramos muy limpia, tiene todo lo que se nesecita para cocinar y vivir comodamente durante las vacaciones, tiene un amplio espacio exterios con algunas comodidades, y espacio para parquear el auto,esta un poco alejada de la playa, pero para nosotros esto no fue un problema, ya que se esta lejos del ruido y se descansa en paz. Lo más importante!! encontramos un mar estupendo, hay para todos los gustos, playas de rocas y de arena, nosotros pasamos todo el tiempo en la bahia de Caparrones, donde hay poca arena y el resto es rocas, personalmente preferimos las rocas, pero con un poco de atención no hay problema para entrar al mar, ademas una buena parte no es profunda y es como estar en una picina con un mar con colores lindisimos y tranparentes, por comodidad bajabamos siempre en auto,esta a unos diez minutos , siempre encontramos donde parquear gratis, tambien en auto se llega comodamente a otras playas. Los propietarios de la casa estuvieron muy atentos, gentiles,discretos y disponibiles. Como sugerencias para mejorar señalamos lo siguiente: Cambiar/arreglar el refrigerador-congelador , porque el que hay talvez ya tiene su edad y hace mucho ruido cuándo se activa/desactiva sobre todo durante la noche. Hablar con las autoridades competentes para limpiar las calles cercanas a las playas de la basura que lastimamente se ve casi por todas partes y evitar asi que llegue al mar, sabemos que esto es un problema que no depende de los propietarios de la casa, y que ultimamente se esta generalizando por todas partes.
Por el resto, lo pasamos muy bien, descanzamos, disfrutamos de un mar estupendo, la zona esta muy servida de servicios.restaurantes,supermercados, etc.
Visitamos/Aconsejamos:Taranto, su estupendo museo, el castillo y su centro historico, ademas de Martina Franca, Locorotondo,Cisternino, Valle del Itria, Alberobello, y para terminar Y Sassi de Matera !!! Pienso que regresaremos ya que la experiencia fué muy buena.

Vorrei spender due parole sulla cura con cui è tenuta questa casa. Pulizia assoluta. Non mancava nulla di ciò che serviva e nulla di ciò che forse poteva servire. Posizione tranquilla ,forse per noi over 60 accesso al mare non proprio comodissimo . Comunque scendendo in macchina con 3 euro parcheggiavi tutto il giorno. Mare solito del salento.Consigliata assolutamente
