Located in the middle of a park, consisting of a large garden and an orchard, the apartment has autonomous heating, carport covered or discovered. It is composed of 3 bedrooms, including 2 single rooms and one double bedroom, lounge, bathroom, laundry, a kitchen and two terraces, on one of this you can sit at lunch or broiler. Given its size, it is suitable for families or groups of friends.
It is near two sport centres where you practice five-a-side football, tennis and beach volleyball, which can be seen through the windows of the apartment.
So it's 1 km from the sea of the coast of Salento, a clean and spectacular sea, with beaches and cliffs, with the possibility to choose and to change the view.
The murge in the vicinity of the city of Taranto offer the traveller the ravines, crevices carved by ancient rivers and a large number of caves inhabited already in prehistoric times, often used as a refuge by the people of the country or place of prayer by the monks. Martina Franca, Alberobello and the Valle d'Itria is an interesting destination for excursions, between trulli and gentle hills.

Prima di tutto ringrazio la sig.ra Centanni che è stata impagabile. Ottima persona, gentile, sempre disponibile - ci ha portato lei stessa a vedere quale spiagge fossero più idonee per una famiglia con 4 figli come noi - e sopratutto una persona con una cultura impressionante.
L'appartamento si trova in ottima posizione, lontano da Taranto quanto basta, all'inizio della strada "litoranea". 3 camere ampie, sopratutto quella dove hanno dormito le ns 3 figlie, con un ampio balcone. Bagno con vasca e doccia ma un altro WC è posizionato nella stanza della lavanderia che a noi ha fatto un buon gioco.
La terrazza è ottima, posizionata sul retro accessibile dalla cucina. Noi ci abbiamo sempre pranzato anche nel pomeriggio perché l'ottima tettoia ed una brezza marina ci ha permesso di sostare anche nelle ore più calde. Comunque tutte le camere hanno pale a soffitto e l'aria condizionata.
L'appartamento è grande e si offe a molteplici soluzioni anche per coloro che hanno meno figli.
Sono state due settimane fantastiche, la Puglia merita molto più di quello che viene recensito e anche Taranto, che andrebbe valorizzata di più, si è mostrata al di sopra delle nostre aspettative.
Il mare, anche in prossimità di Taranto, è meraviglioso, e sono molti gli angoli da scoprire.
Ringraziamo la sig.ra per quanto ha fatto, stiamo valutando di tornarci il prossimo anno perché abbiamo visto solo una parte della Puglia.

Un appartement spacieux et propre. Mariagrazia a été très accueillante et disponible tout au long de notre sejour. La plage n'est pas très loin en voiture. Très bien pour la Famille.
Par contre, absence de climatisation dans l'appartement, ce qui nous a fait souffrir de la chaleur certaines nuits à plus de 33°.

Per motivi di lavoro, sono stato a Taranto almeno 4 volte.
Ho soggiornato sempre nello stesso posto e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene, tanto e' vero che ci ritornero' ogni qual volta avro' necessita' di soggiornare a Taranto.
L'ubicazione e' in zona tranquilla , esterna alla citta' , ma in zona residenziale e vicina al centro e ben collegata.
Personale accogliente,disponibile e servizievole.
