About this house rental
The mid-House Villa I Carrubi located on a sprawling ancient country house near the sea; It is in a quiet location in the middle of the green countryside of Ostuni. The holiday home is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and lush mature oleander bushes. On the estate there is a courtyard, a small church (which resembles a chapel) and an antique Öhlmühle.
In the garden of the property you will find among other things, the carob tree that gives the house its name and lush lavender bushes. The Hibiscus put shades of red. The typical Apulian Trockensteinmäuerchen limit the grounds. The roof terrace has my beautiful view of nature: the olive groves and the green slopes of the Murgia.
In addition to the holiday home there is another, secluded cottage same design and size and (nearly) identical garden, which is sold separately. Therefore, the combination of the two has to be very good if, for example, two or three families traveling together.
The Villa I Carrubi has 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds (they can be offered at your convenience as a double or twin room) and a kl. Room with a pull-out sofa bed and 3 bathrooms with shower / WC, some with bidet.
The decor is simple furnishings. The kitchen is functional. Two large verandas surround the house. Here it can be fully recovered dine under the porch overlooking the countryside. Guests also have an outdoor shower.
Since I Carrubi villa also has a air conditioning (/ cold warm) features, the house offers well also in the cooler months. Furthermore, it is also equipped with an alarm system.
The rental of the villa includes free use of shared a nearby swimming pool (150 m away). This is usually 01. 06 - 30. 09 each year in service (on request maybe even in October). The outdoor area, including the pool area, surrounded by a variety of tall palms and olive trees typical of Puglia is really well maintained and beautifully landscaped. There is also the possibility to rent a small fee bicycles on site.
The cottage is adjacent to Rosa Marina, the most exclusive resort (private villas) Apulia. Within walking distance you can walk to the beach of Rosa Marina here. Alternatively, you can reach the bays of Pilone and Lido Morelli in just a few minutes. There are sandy beaches - some long drawn partly bays - the dunes and macchia mediterranea (wild grown Mediterranean herbs) are lined.
In Rosa Marina and the other neighboring resorts in the summer there are restaurants and pizzerias. The charming, located at 300 m hill 'White City' Ostuni is located only 7 km away.

Please note that there are 2 Detached Villa I Carrubi (each with its own garden). The availability calendar so the times are given as occupied, which are already in use in both houses. So long as the date is displayed as yet available, one of the two houses is min. Still free!
The mentioned WLAN refers only to the communal outdoor areas of the large estate, not in the house itself.

This property is on the grounds of an olive farm - about 300m from a hotel in its own grounds which has the pool. The check in process was bureaucratic but friendly. It is important to go to the hotel for the check in - and it is not clear which turn to take after turning onto the rough track. If you were going after dark it would be difficult. However the manager was very helpful and friendly right through our stay. The house is reasonably well equipped.. British guests will miss a kettle and the barbie was very useful. It is a long way from a shop so take initial food etc with you. Nothing was left at all for guests apart from loo paper- so you’ll need to get everything . We found a hypermarket about 10km north - Conforama which is just off the dual carriageway cat Savelltrani turn off - open every day until 9 pm. . Good location to explore area, really enjoyed visiting local area. Not far from beach - frustratingly necessary to drive round about 5km but lovely spot. 5€ for car park. All in all we had a great holiday - be aware there are some mosquitos in this part of Italy - worth getting some repellent.

Das angebotene Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Olivenhain am Rande eines Landhuts. Das Landgut selbst besitzt einen sehr schönen Pool inmitten eines gepflegten Gartens. Insbesondere die Fauna mit Drachenbäumen, Palmen etc. hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Meer bzw. Ostuni sind in ca 5-10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, man kann aber auch mit dem Fahhrad an sehr schöne Strände gelangen. Die Villa selbst ist zweckmäßig, aber sehr freundlich eingerichtet, es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, aber kein eigentliches Wohnzimmer, macht aber nichts weil wir immer draussen waren
Insgesamt sehr schön und empfehlenswert, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!
