Friendly, helpful staff, nice food. Comfortable room with tea/coffee/biscuit and basic toiletries. Lovely landscaping. Around the property. Safe, easy parking. Easy to visit Lyndhurst and go on forest walks if you have a car.
The shower pressure wasn't the best and the bathroom was cold.

Location was great, easy to find, plenty of parking and the room was really comfortable.
Breakfast was very late (8.30am) and there were no facilities to “help yourself” to anything if you wanted a continental breakfast any earlier. Just think families would struggle not having any access to heating up a child’s milk. Room was VERY hot overnight and the sunlight came through the room/door a fair amount… all minor things but they add up when you’re paying £85 a night

Great location for Peppa Pig World which is why we stayed here
The hosts were not very friendly and we felt like we were a nuisance. Eg. I asked for two blue straws (as small children always want the same) and was told she’d have to go to the bar to get them 🤦🏻♀️. I don’t think they liked the children being there! Not a child friendly bed and breakfast 😔
