Wonderful welcome, all staff friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, the complimentary bar and breakfast fantastic! Use of pool facilities was great. This is such a relaxing place to stay.

Great grounds. Perfect for dog walk.
Pool and gym were really good. EV charging was fantastic to have.
Perfect place to stay with a dog and exploring Hampshire.
Lack of room service.
Lady in front desk wasn’t great. Didn’t give us any information when we booked in. There was a printed sheet but we only got that later. But stingy with beverage stuff in the room.

Beautiful location.
Breakfast only opens at 7am which is too late. The first day the breakfast lunge opened just after 7am and the next day there were several people waiting for the room to open. You have a lot of workers staying in the hotel who need to get on the road earlier, so please can this be looked at as I stay at the hotel every month and I have to grab breakfast and go or sometimes skip breakfast.
Service was slow in the bar, it was very busy and not enough staff. I had to wait over half an hour for my dessert.
Room next door was very noisy. Stayed many times but not encountered this before, so hoping it is a one off.
