Member of staff Kerry rang 45 minutes before my ETA to check all okay and I was coming as planned. When I arrived, pub had shut early as a very quiet Easter Saturday, a nice guy whose name I didn't get had waited for my arrival to give me my key before he locked up and went home. Appreciated personal service.
Ample parking
Room was rather chilly and couldn't work out radiator but to be fair I didn't try that hard as was tired and ready for bed.

The location is outside of Romsey in a quiet location. The venue is a pub and restaurant. The accommodation is in a separate building so it's quieter. It feels quite new. The room was clean and comfortable.
You know what you're getting so there's really nothing to dislike.
