About this house rental
We warmly welcome you to our ecological holiday home. With great attention to detail and taking into account building biology aspects, our house was completed in the spring of 2018.
The house is located in the midst of the Nockberge at 1600m above sea level and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain landscape. On a clear day you can look from the balcony or terrace to Italy and Slovenia. Both in summer and in winter, the house is the perfect starting point for day trips. In summer, hiking or mountain bike tours can be started directly from the front door. For winter sports enthusiasts, the resort offers a small but fine family ski area with ski and toboggan runs, cross-country trails or groomed winter hiking trails. By car in about 20 minutes in Bad Kleinkirchheim or the Turracher Höhe, both of which are among the best ski resorts in Carinthia.
A special aspect of our house is the mite freedom. From an altitude of about 1600m mites have bad to no chance of survival. In addition, we have installed a central vacuum cleaner. This blows the otherwise occurring fine dust of conventional vacuum cleaners directly outside. As a result, particularly tough mites are declared to fight :-)
We can offer you Internet via Wi-Fi and network outlets. The WLAN transmitter is only active if you wish.

Perfect house in a perfect location! We rented the house for a skitrip with the whole family. The house has everything you need, even toys for our children. Located not far from the ski resort.
