About this house rental
Nice house facing the sea for 6 people
Pretty house of around 160m² completely renovated in 2017, ideal for a stay with family or friends.
On the ground floor, an entrance and a storeroom. A bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a washing machine and a dryer.
On the first 1st Floor, a landing giving onto a large living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, nespresso, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), a comfortable living room and dining room and lounge, all with views on sea. Also a bathroom with shower and a second separate toilet.
On the 2nd Floor, a landing serves 2 bedrooms with sea view.
Outside a parking space, a small garden in front of the house on the north side
a south-facing terrace with garden furniture

Views from the 1st (living rooms) and 2nd floors are great.
Loved eating looking out at the sea. Windows open, listening to the surf and looking at the lighthouses.
Ideally located for walking into Roscoff and trips to the Isle de Batz.
Plenty to do in the area.

Waking up each morning to the sound of the water, watching the dramatic tides come and go, a short walk from restaurants an stores. This home could NOT be better located. We loved our stay here! It's a wonderful town with amazing natural beauty. This home provides a front-row seat.

The property was wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better for us. It was only a short walk into town, but only had a small road separating it from the ocean. There is a small Carrefour grocery store in town, and a couple larger ones about a 5 minute drive away. The private parking was a true blessing. The furniture was comfortable, all the necessities were provided in the cost, and the house was well maintained. The only thing we found odd was there were no “leftovers” from previous renters. By this I mean oils, spices, and general items used for cooking. So if you are going to use the kitchen every day, as we did, you’ll have to get the basics as well as the ingredients for your meals. Overall, we loved it, would certainly return, and recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately we were initially given the wrong door code number which caused quite a few problems. As we were outside in the dark and rain it was difficult to see. It was only when I rechecked the email communication that the correct code was given! Once in it was a wonderful property, everything we could wish for was provided. However an information pack on how the heating and appliances worked would have been really helpful. The position of the house is superb as well as its proximity into Roscoff.we would certainly stay again. Thank you.
