About this house rental
140 sq. meter House with an open outlook on a 5000 sq. meter garden. You will rest in shade next to the 16th century washing place and the ruins of a fortified castle !
The 4 bedroom/2bath-house with south-facing windows has been entirely renovated in 2020. Absolute calm in the countryside at 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of Brittany. The Boutrouilles and Vivier beaches have turquoise sea water! You will walk there from the manor in less than 10 minutes.
Garden furniture, BBQ, parking spot in the garden.
Supermarket, bakery, bistro and openmarket place (Sunday morning) located at 2 km.
You can surf at 2 km at the Boutrouilles beach and practice windsurf and dinghy sailboats at 7 km. Golf at 20 km and swimming pool /jaccuzzi sauna at 9 km.
The house accommodate 10 persons. 3 bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Additional queen-sofa bed in the living room. Fully-equipped large kitchen, washing machine in a laundry room.

Nous avons passes en famillle des vacances tres agreables dans ce gite charmant et de character. Tres bien equipe on y trouve tous qu’il faut pour un sejour agreable. La beaute du site et de sa nature sauvage aussi que de la cote si pret favorise qu‘on y passe des vacances recreatives.

Le gîte est spacieux et très bien rénové et aménagé, tout en gardant l'authenticité du lieu.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de qualité. Tout pour passer de bonnes nuits, au calme !
Quant à l'environnement... les plages à moins d'un 1 km à pied sont magnifiques.
Acceuil très sympathique par Fréderic et Alexandra.
