About this cottage rental
The houses 1 + 2 + 3 + 7 + 10 of the Résidence de Nodeven are 5 completely independent contemporary houses.
Located in Brittany, 100m from the beach and the coastal path.
This house is ideal for one to two families of 6 to 8 people. It is on one level and has a common central element: a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna.
The gite
Ideal holiday home for 1 to 2 couples, or one or 2 families (ideal up to 4 adults and 4 children).
If you are interested in renting a house for 6 to 8 people in Brittany for your holidays, these fully equipped houses are composed as follows:
- Fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a '' kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board,
- the kitchen is open to a pleasant and spacious living room open to the living room: equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs, a sofa, a 32-inch flat screen TV with integrated TNT , a coffee table. A very large bay window-shaped window illuminates the living room,
- 3 bedrooms: 2 parental bedrooms of 11 m² with a double bed in 160 * 200 and a bedroom of 11 m² with 4 bunk beds in 80 and 90 * 200. Each of these rooms has a closed cupboard,
- Bathroom with vanity unit, shower
- separate WC
These houses are heated with Thermodynamic heating (heat pumps).
A 20 m² terrace is located in front of the accommodation. You will find a garden furniture there as well as 2 deckchairs to relax.
The garden surrounds the terrace and the house and is 300 m².
The barbecue is private.
Free WIFI: 1 code per person in the contract.

Optional end-of-stay cleaning: package of 75 euros on request before arriving.

Accueil chaleureux. Maison spacieuse bien aménagée, équipée et entretenue. Terrasse et barbecue privatifs + grande piscine, jacuzzi et sauna collectifs, très appréciés. Plage toute proche, région riche en paysages magnifiques à découvrir à pied, en vélo ou en auto.
