About this house rental
Patmos Chora Villa 2 is a delightful three bedroom traditional Patmian house built on a large area of land in Chora and offers astonishing view to the Aegean and more specifically to the east part of Patmos island. The villa is situated beneath the famous Chora, only half a killometer from the renowned Monastery of Saint John and just a few minutes' walk from the main square . Built and decorated by local craftsmen according to Patmian architecture, from stone with wooden details such as the beds and stairs, the house is fully-equipped and comfortable. Sunny terraces offer alternatives to relax, enjoy the view, and for al fresco dining.

Living/dining room, kitchen, 2 shower rooms and wc, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, additional bed for a child available
Facilities
Washing machine, dishwasher, cot (linen provided), telephone (incoming calls only), very good mobile reception, WiFi, cable TV, DVD player, CD player, Hi-Fi, central heating, open fireplace, portable fans, barbecue, bicycles for hire
Services
The rental includes all bed linen, including extra pillows and blankets if required, as well as bathroom towels, and beach towels. Linen is changed twic a week. 3 hours cleaning are included twice during a one week stay, additional cleaning available at a cost of 8€ per hour. All services are under the supervision of the house manager. Cooking, travel assistance, and other services can also be provided. Services are payable locally.
Exterior
Set in 4,000sqm of private garden planted with a variety of trees, flowers, and shrubs typical of the islands, the house offers outdoor terraces on several levels, all overlooking the Aegean, with views down to the bay of Skala. There is ample outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco relaxing and dining.
Interior
On the upper level, the comfortable open-plan living/dining room is pleasantly decorated and furnished with some very nice traditional Patmian wooden furniture, with a fine open fireplace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, and there are lovely views from the terrace. Steps lead down to the lower level, with two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom with a traditional wooden double bed, and two shower rooms with wc.

This is a lovely little traditional Patmian House. It is a 5 min walk from the platea in Chora but is set enough away that it is very peaceful. We stayed for two weeks with my 18 year old daughter and three of her friends and two of the rooms have seperate entrances so the teens could come and go without waking us up! The house while small has everything you need and the cleaner comes twice a week to keep it clean and tidy. The owner Anna is lovely and very much available if you need anything. I highly recommend the house.
