About this villa rental
The property consists of a large house of about 130 sq m, on two floors, and an outbuilding of about 30 sq m, on a 4,000 sq m plot. It is 100 meters away from Turkomnima beach. Completely new furnished and equipped.
Large house: 3 double bedrooms (beds 180x200cm), 3 bathrooms with shower and heated towel rail (2 bathrooms also with bidet). Each bedroom overlooks the sea and has access to the terraces. The room is furnished with sofas and dining table, it overlooks the sea and the pergola equipped with dining area and external sofas. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster. Windowed closet room.
Dependance: double bedroom (bed 180x200), living room with sofa and cooking area, bathroom with shower. Bedroom and lounge overlooking the sea and the pergola. Pergola equipped for dining and outdoor sofa.
Both houses have mosquito nets on all windows; each room has windows and facing in different directions.
Fully furnished, with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer. Equipped with excellent bed linen and towels. Perfect for groups of friends who like to share excursions, moments of conviviality, leisure and fun, while maintaining spaces of privacy.
Possibility to book scooters or cars in advance. Linen change and cleaning on request.

The kindness in people and the feeling of being at home is touching and humbling...Greece is an amazing, a very unique country and its climate, light, people, nature, sea, sky, food, simplicity, authenticity, freedom are best represented in Lipsoi! One feels only gratitude for having visited the island and the country!
The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated with lots of outdoor space. The materials and fittings, eg windows, mosquito nets are of premium quality. Beds are very comfortable, produced by Cocomat, a wonderful greek company! There is lots of space and light! All pictures truly represent the quality of the house and of the setting.
