Location, size of accommodation,
The local contact person (Laura) was very helpful.
Comprehensive set of manuals for white goods in kitchen.
The property was very clean.
There was an issue with the CH boiler on arrival. However, this was repaired and re-certified by a plumber the next day.
There were a number of items that a maintenance person could have rectified between change over eg, light bulbs replaced, roller blinds in downstairs bedroom,
WiFi was unpredictable.
Unable to open window in downstairs shower room, and no extractor fan installed.
