Most of it really. Parking was right at front door and easy.
Upstairs shower is small for a well built person but there is a downstairs shower that's very big. Bedrooms are upstairs.

Great location. Comfy beds. Good heating it was cold at night.
Misled by Exceptional review. Front door tired missing a letterbox cover needs a paint. Dead bird in front of property needs a sweep.
Owner was supposed to meet us but eventually messaged the code to get in we were upset. We did say we were arriving at 3pm. I had to message to say we had arrived.
The property was very dirty. The owner eventually rectified some of the cleaning issues and apologised. We did find more but chose to ignore. The damp smell through the property particularly the downstairs bathroom is bad. Perhaps the wood is rotten a slater appeared one day. These creatures like rotten wood. The kitchen around the sink smells damp. There is no window there.The stench from the bins outside. The freezer was partly cleaned. Liquid spilt on the inner door. Fingermarks everywhere. Webs and large spider in the lounge behind wall the television is on. Dining table to large for the space. Hard to clean. There were crumbs and still could be from previous guests.
Bedroom 1 was OK. Bedroom 2 at the back very strong smell of body odour. We bought airfresheners. This masked the body odour smell. The bathroom downstairs because it was in continual use air freshener didn't work. The shower screen isn't long enough to stop the water going on to the floor. A mat was supplied but I chose to put a more absorbent towel and kitchen roll down to absorb the moisture. It didn't really work. The surfaces are plastic and the water condenses and drips down. There is a window which I opened after every shower but maybe an extractor fan would be better.
