About this apartment rental
In the wood house, we realized this apartment on one level, completely in wood with modern technics.
This apartment is composed by one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, one kitchen and one living room with a double sofa / bed and two single beds.
It is about 75 square meters and is foreseen for maximum 4 + 2 persons.
Under the roof there is a small kids room.
There is a dedicated external table with chairs but one level down.
Pellet stove with glass, heat pump heating, and for summer of an air condition system.
Hot water is provided by solar thermal system and electricity by solar photo voltaic system
The kitchen is well equipped with pots, dishes and tools.
Washing machine is also available in the bathroom.

Een zeer leuke plaats om te vertoeven. Zeer mooie omgeving met kleine bospaadjes naast de verschillende riviertjes, met een unieke flora. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijke personen en doen er ook alles voor zodat je je goed voelt in hun originele accomodatie.Enige nadeel voor mij was dat voor alle extra´s die je wil zoals jacuzzi, pijl en boog-schieten, etc... je moet bijbetalen.

We had a fabulous time at Mauro's lovely house. There's a pool, trampoline, lots of green space and animals around to keep both kids and adults busy. It is a convenient location for exploring this part of Italy.
Mauro is extremely friendly, a great character and an excellent host. Try his home-made biscuits if you get the chance.

"C'est un très bel endroit entouré de montagnes qui assurent de belles soirées étoilées et une fraîcheur appréciable après des journées chaudes et ensoleillées. Le propriétaire est sympathique et dynamique, très soucieux du bien-être des enfants. Piscine, trampoline, animaux en tous genres, ont ravi petits et grands.
Un bémol cependant. Il est difficile d'avoir tranquillité ou intimité.
Nous avons trouvé le trajet jusqu'à Florence un peu long (compter une heure, une heure et demie pour être dans le centre ville), le train n'est pas pratique.
L'équipement de l'appartement Casa Vecchia est limite pour 8 personnes. Pas de toilettes séparés, minimaliste niveau cuisine.
Espérons que le nid de frelons entre les fenêtres des chambres aura été éradiqué.
Nous ne pouvons évoquer cet endroit sans parler des pizzas authentiques toutes chaudes sorties du four que Mauro concocte chaque semaine. Miam miam."

Wij hebben een schitterende vakantie gehad in dit appartement. Het is perfect uitgerust met een goede keuken, nette badkamer en goede bedden. Daarnaast is het landgoed erg mooi met een zwembad, grote ligweide en dieren. De omgeving is schitterend en mooi gelegen in de bergen op 15 minuten van de snelweg.
Goed om te weten is dat je vanaf het station (15 minuten rijden) heel gemakkelijk met de trein naar Bologna en Firenze kan rijzen. Dit scheelt je een hoop parkeergedoe in de stad.
Het leuke contact met de eigenaar Mauro maakte het voor ons extra leuke vakantie. Mauro runt op creatieve en idealistische wijze dit Argiturismo, maar als gast kun je zeker wel genieten van alle comfort en luxe!
