Borgo di Zacco is located above Montecatini Terme, about 750m above sea level, within chestnut and pine trees and wonderful panoramic views.
The property was carefully restored, sub-divided into two cosy apartments with a swimming pool, set in earth (8 x4,5m, internal steps, depth: 1.45 – 1.20m) at the exclusive disposal of the two apartments.
If you are dreaming of holiday in Tuscany with warm sun, fresh air and good food, this is the place!
The house disposes of a garden in common for the two apartments where the swimming pool is located, equipped with shower, deckchairs and sun-umbrellas.
Each apartment has an own independent fenced outdoor area with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque
Ideal spot for families who travel together and could rent the whole property enjoying privacy and a private swimming pool in this case. The property is completely fenced, with hedge and net (height: 1.80m).
Within an external staircase access to the 1st floor: entrance into a spacious living room with couches and upholstered chairs, dining room, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee brewer, 1 double bedroom with 1 additional single bed with 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, washing machine.
On the mezzanine: 2 single bed settees, upholstered chairs, 1 double bed.
The apartments is very bright and cosy, you may admire from all the windows the magnificent views onto the valley! From the living room access to a terrace of about 15 sqm, there is a part of the garden which is completely fenced and equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque at the exclusive use of the guests of this apartment.
