A quiet, relaxing place in the Natural Park of the Casentino Forests Monte Falterona and Acquacheta Waterfalls.
The house consists of:
1 bathroom with shower equipped with: shampoo, soap, paper, hairdryer and a set of 3 towels each guest.
2 comfortable bedrooms with linen included.
Equipped kitchen with everything you need, washing machine, dishwasher
Coffee, salt, sugar, spices and a small supply of Tuscan oil and local products km 0.
Large living room with fireplace, Wi-Fi Internet, HD TV, sofa bed and all the comforts.
A large private garden to relax in front of a splendid view of the valley surrounded by ancient woods.
Chairs, tables and garden beds, barbeque, and a large space for your animal friends.

My husband and I rented this charming cottage for 4 days and wished we could have stayed longer! The location is one of the most beautiful I’ve experienced, and the cottage is cozy and spacious with modern conveniences. Simone was an excellent host. When we return to Italy, we will certainly rent this location again. It was a fantastic experience in every way!

Wir haben bei Simone zwei Wochen Urlaub verlebt und uns wirklich ganz hervorragend erholt. Die Gegend ist für Naturliebhaber traumhaft und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Erkunden. Zudem ist Florenz nur eine gute Stunde entfernt und leicht zu erreichen. Simone ist ein netter, aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen mit vielen wirklich sehr guten Tipps zum Baden, Wandern und Spezialitäten kaufen versorgt. Einiges hätten wir ohne ihn sicherlich nicht gefunden.
Das Haus könnte in einigen Ecken etwas sauberer sein und auch die Küche sollte in Zukunft besser ausgestattet werden. Einen passenden Deckel zu den recht preiswerten Töpfen sucht man vergebens und brauchbare Messer oder Schneidbretter wären auch eine geringe aber hilfreiche Investition. Unterm Strich hat das Haus aber vieles zu bieten, was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen braucht und wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus in den Bergen. Wandern, Baden in Gumpen und Wasserfällen. Ausflüge in den Kletterpark und nach Florenz. Ein sehr zuvorkommender und aufmerksamer Vermieter.
Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub.
Aufgrund von Feragosto (Mitte August) allerdings vor allem am Wochenende hörte man manchmal die Motorräder auf der Passstraße.
