About this apartment rental
In the heart of Florence, between the splendid Santa Croce basilica and the lively Sant'Ambrogio district, our house really suits the needs of every tourist. It includes a large living area with living room and equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with a small en suite bathroom) and a bedroom with two single beds. There are three bathrooms, all recently renovated. The apartment, on the third floor without elevator, is part of a small 4-storey building which also includes a splendid condominium roof terrace (typical Florentine loggetta) from which it is possible to enjoy a splendid view of the main monuments of the city.

The apartment was just right for our stay! Everything was neat and clean, and from it we easily walked all over Florence, including several trips to Santa Maria Novella station for day trips. The caffe on the corner was a great place to start our day. If we are fortunate enough to ever return to Florence, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute apartment in Florence. The roof top patio was a great bonus. The rooms were clean and the towels were great. Close to a lot of great restaurants. The only issue we had was very minor. We wished that there was ice cube trays as ice was hard to find. Overall we would definitely recommend this apartment.

Good located; possible to walk for sightseeing and for visiting bars and restaurants. You need strong legs for reaching the 4th floor with your luggage 😜😅.

Check- in- process via internet: you have to be used to it, if you are not 20 years old…
