Wir waren von Beginn (Buchung) bis zur Abreise einfach begeistert von dem Objekt. Die Versilia, die wir seit 1990 immer wieder besuchen, das Tal in Valdicastello Carducci, der Strand und ja, die Badeanstalten in Forte dei Marmi, einfach ein Traum!! Das Haus, hier(wunderbare Lage, alles was das Herz begehrt war vorhanden), die Besitzer Enrica und Allesandro, sind bezaubernde Menschen, die uns in jeder Situation geholfen haben. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder bei den beiden buchen.

Eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Blick von der Terrasse auf's Mittelmeer. Die Auffahrt über den in Serpentinen angelegten Privatweg gestaltete sich für uns etwas schwierig. Dank der hilfsbereiten, im Haus wohnenden Vermieter wurde das Problem schnell gelöst.

Die Ferienwohnung gehört zu einem sehr schönen Haus in angenehm ruhiger Lage auf einem Hügel zwischen Meer und Bergen. Ideal für Wanderungen, Radtouren und Ausflüge zum Strand. Die große Terrasse am Haus lädt aber auch zum Verweilen ein. Pietrasanta ist mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichen; auch eine ausgezeichnete Trattoria ist nicht weit entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben: sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die immer darauf achten, dass es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für max 4 Personen. 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnküche. Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch im Landhausstil ausgestattet. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und in Mitten der Natur ist sehr schön. Die Auffahrt geht sehr steil und eng ca 50 zum Grundstück herauf. Es gibt Am Haus einen kühlen schattigen Parkplatz und einen Pavillon zum Sitzen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr nett. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Brot vom Bäcker persönlich. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis geh absolut in Ordnung.
