About this cottage rental
Casa Primavera is a stone villa full of character with a private garden, terrace and balconies. It has original stone walls, exposed beams, timber floors in the bedrooms and terracotta floors on the ground floor, with under floor heating providing extra warmth for the winter. In keeping with the natural surroundings the house is furnished with handmade wooden furniture using only natural and biologically degradable materials, and the water is heated with solar energy. Each bedroom sleeps 2 or 3 people… 4 bathroom with shower...2 separate Toilets. Casa Primavera has a generously sized dining room allowing everyone to eat together, and a lounge with a fireplace. The cosy reading room and the first floor terrace, along with the Pergola, offer the guests privacy and seclusion. Casa Primavera is one of the 5 houses of the stunning Eco-Holiday Resort „Buchere Ville“, which has been lovingly restored to provide fabulous holiday accommodation suitable for year round use – in hot summers, colourful autumns, snowy winters and warm springs. We are delighted to welcome families to our house, which offers every home comfort close to nature to help you relax and unwind. The guest of the Casa Primavera share the spectacular swim lake, and a sports ground to play tennis or other ball games.

Abbiamo passato due giorni per il ponte del 1 novembre, 5 coppie con bambini al seguito.... Tutto perfetto casa tenuta benissimo..... Un saluto Fabio

La maison est belle et spacieuse. Le cadre est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur les Langhe. La piscine est grande et parfaite pour les familles. Il fait parfois un peu frais car on est en altitude, mais nous a on pu nous baigner tous les jours. Nous avons été très bien conseillés par la propriétaire pour de belles excursions dans la région.

Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig. Es bietet Platz für viele Personen. Wir, 13 Erwachsene und vier Kinder davon sei unter 2 Jahren, hatten genügend Platz. Auch die Umgebung ist mit genügend Platz ausgestattet. Wären in den andern zwei angrenzenden Häusern auch noch Mieter da gewesen, hätte man diesen grosszügigen Platz im Freien oder am Pool teilen müssen. Das steht jedoch nirgendwo geschrieben. Der Service durch die Personen vor Ort sind sehr gut und auch die Beratung vorher. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr komfortabel. einzig 2 Lappen und 2 Handtücher für eine Woche und soviel Personen sind zu knapp bemessen. Man muss also mitbringen oder dazu kaufen. Die Lichtquellen im Wohnzimmer mit nur zwei Lampen für einen sehr grossen Raum waren zu wenig. Das Zimmer und der Bettinhalt im Erdgeschoss fühlte sich feucht und modrig an. Verbesserungen sind anscheinend angesagt. Darum können wir das Haus auch für Grossfamilien weiter empfehlen.
